Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

Three days ago, I posted Soulcaster as my first ever Newgrounds game, not really sure how much attention it would get. I never would have expected it to get over 40,000 views in those 3 days! Traffic to my site has increased over 500%, and I'm starting to see the first direct sales of Soulcaster I & II since the start of the month. (Only a few copies, but if it holds, it will beat XBLIG and Desura as money-makers for me.)

Thanks to everyone at Newgrounds for your reviews and bug reports. Especially huge thanks to Antumbral, who has put in time every day on bug fixing, and without whom this HTML5 port would never have happened. Thanks also to Hyptosis for coaching us through our first NG release, and to NG maestro Tom Fulp for featuring us on the front page.

A year ago, I wouldn't have guessed that the web would be a good place for my games, but now it's one of the most exciting platforms for me. Keep your comments and suggestions coming, and I hope to offer some new exciting stuff to Newgrounds in the coming months.
